Note: Service is not available in NORTH Korea.
Many countries are signatories to The Hague Service Convention (treaty) that governs service of process to be affected between participating nations; South Korea is one of them. Service must be made by formal service through the Central Authority which itself arranges for service by methods prescribed in that country. Documents to be served in accordance with this method must be translated into Korean where the documents will be served. The time frame can range from 2 to 4 months. Unfortunately, a private Korean process server cannot be used.
Advantage: Enforceable judgment.
Currently, informal service is not available by private process server in South Korea.
Most countries require the documents to be translated into the official language of the nation where they are to be served (in this case, Korean). We offer translation services at rates quoted below.

Formal: $800.00 Flat rate
*All fees are per defendant/address
